Death Valley is a jewel, a land of shifting sands and deep stability. Depending on time of year it can be unbearably hot, or miserably cold. We’re aiming for that sweet spot in between when it’s comfortable to be there.

This is going to be an amazing trip.

Some of the places we’ll explore include:

  • Rhyolite Ghost Town
  • Zabriskie Point
  • Devil’s Golf Course (not a golf course)
  • Badwater Basin
  • Dante’s View
  • Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes
  • Scotty’s Castle
  • Artist Drive
  • Ubehebe Crater

Note: These are the places we’ll most likely visit. We could add or subtract from this list, depending upon local road conditions and the desires of the group. If you know of a place of special photographic possibilities not mentioned, please let me know.

The cost of the workshop includes three solid days of instruction and your accommodations for three nights in a beautiful home outside of Death Valley National Park. Meals and transportation are not included.

You will also receive an original Jason Weston 8×8/8×10/8×12 mounted print of your choice, a $400 value. You may choose any photograph from the galleries on this website.

This workshop is limited to six participants. $795 per person.
