Thank you for your interest in my prints. I print to order, and all work is done by me.

My black and white work that was shot before 2006 was all shot on large or medium format black and white film. To produce extremely high quality digital prints, I carefully scan my negatives at very high resolution to achieve the finest possible results.

All prints are printed with pigment inks on the highest quality fiber based based Baryta paper with a very wide gamut for the highest possible image quality.

Each print is archivally corner mounted and over mounted on white museum board (4-ply, acid free for maximum longevity), and signed by the artist.

Through the years I have used various image formats. I have works that are square from my 6×6 camera, and rectangular in 4×5 and 4×6. Also, I have occasionally opted to crop an image rather than using it full frame. Therefore, when talking about print size for the purpose of sales, I use the smaller of the two numbers. For example, a 4×5 negative yields prints that are 4×5, 8×10, 11×14, and 16×20. These would be referred to as 4x, 8x, 11x and 16x. And, 4x includes images that are 4×4, 4×5 and 4×6.

Note: Some images are not available in all sizes. Please contact me about what you want and I can let you know. Mounting sizes about 6 inches larger than the print, so an 8×10 print would usually be mounted on a 14×16 mount. As you get to larger print sizes (about 20x and up) the additional mount size gets larger.

Timing for printing and shipping varies wildly according to my travel schedule. When I’m home I can often get prints out within a few days. Sometimes I’m away for a month, and it might be as long as six weeks (worst case scenario) between the time you order and the time the print is shipped. (I do check my email while traveling, so I’ll know you’ve contacted me, I just can’t print from afar.) Please let me know if you need the print on a specific time schedule and I’ll work with you. When I receive your order I will always give an estimate of when I expect to ship.
